Full or part-time associate wanted for privately owned practice in Wrentham, MA.  

Countryside Veterinary Clinic cares for dogs, cats, and small mammals.  We offer a strong, smart, hardworking support staff and collaborative veterinary group. Current and most recent practice associates have been with the practice for 5, 13, 15 and 16 years.  Our client base has been established over the 29 years since opening the practice in 1994. 

The practice began in 1994 with an electronic medical record keeping system.  We offer full in house lab, in house ultrasound with color Doppler, and unique paperless medical records with parallel image archiving for in room viewing of radiographs as well as surgical, ultrasound, cytology and dental radiology images. We use photo microscopy for enhanced cytology diagnoses and consultation.  We are adding endoscopy in 2023.

Our veterinarians have advanced training in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, ultrasound, neurology and ophthalmology.  It is a highly collaborative, productive group setting, free from pressure or egos. New associates are encouraged to develop and refine any of these skills sets or any others desired.  We welcome practitioners with experience in other treatment and medical modalities. The practice polices and protocols are determined by the group.

A variety of compensation packages available, depending on individual needs. We refuse to use a quarterly bonus system.  Salaries are annual and guaranteed. Additional financial incentives are available for those who desire.  Associates will never experience a pay cut or reduction of a quarterly disbursement. We subscribe to the notion that it is up to the practice and business model to allow individuals to be their most productive, not the other way around.  No associate ever earns less for a “less productive" quarter. The practice owner and founder is part of the full time staff.
